Ordering and delivery conditions

  1. General information
    • The Seller is Uskalla Auttaa Oy (the "Seller").
    • These Terms apply to the services and products offered by the Seller to consumers and businesses in Finland.
    • The prices of services and products include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.
  2. Ordering process
    • For products or services ordered from the online store, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail, containing information about the products/services ordered and prices. Orders placed through other channels will be confirmed by the Seller informally by e-mail.
    • The order is considered binding when the customer has received the order confirmation.
  3. Payment terms
    • Payment will be made by invoice, which will be sent when the service is activated or when the product is delivered.
    • The payment period is 14 days from the date of the invoice.
  4. Cancellation and transfer conditions
    • For ordered services, any transfer or cancellation must occur 14 days prior to the intended date of service, in which case the cancellation is free of charge. If the order is canceled or rescheduled more than 7 days but less than 14 days before the scheduled date of service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price for the service will be charged. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 7 days of the scheduled date of service, 100% of the agreed price for the service will be charged.
  5. Responsibility for course cancellation
    • If the Seller cancels the course, participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer to another course or to receive a refund of the course fee. The Seller will not reimburse any other inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
  6. Right of return and exchange
    • Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return in their original condition.
    • In the event of a return or exchange, the Seller's customer service will be contacted prior to the transaction.
  7. Reference licence
    • Unless otherwise stated, the Seller has the right to use the customer as a reference in its marketing materials.
  8. Right to make changes
    • The seller reserves the right to make changes to these terms of delivery. The customer is required to review the current terms before placing an order.
