Uskalla Auttaa Oy always takes full responsibility for the quality of its training. Not only do we offer uniform training, but each training course is individually tailored to meet the needs of the client. All our first aid trainers are acute and emergency care professionals. They are able to use their own experience to inspire and enrich the content of the training in a way that is not possible with certified training. This is why you will not pay any additional certification fees with us.

What is certification in practice?
Certification outsources quality control to a third party. This can give the impression that the training provider is not responsible for or capable of carrying out quality assurance itself.

Certified first aid training means first aid training that is assessed by an independent third party. Independent quality assurance can be important when a training organisation designs and builds its own training for commercial purposes, but is not itself responsible for delivering the training, for example. In this way, it can be ensured that everyone is training according to the training organisation's definitions.

Is it worth choosing certified first aid training?
Certification processes are often time-consuming and costly. These additional costs are essentially passed on to customers. The added value of certification can be difficult to grasp in first aid training, as certification primarily indicates the consistency of training rather than its quality. Therefore, certification may appear mainly as a marketing tool used to justify higher prices, and it may not necessarily guarantee the content quality of the training or its suitability for the customer's needs.

All in all, it is important to remember that the main objective of certification is to assure external parties of the quality of education. However, to ensure the best training experience, the focus must be on the content of the training, the practical learning experience it provides and, above all, the needs of the client.

The total price of the on-site training includes all costs related to the training when the training is held at the customer's premises. Any additional costs may consist of the organisation of the training premises. In addition, if the on-site training takes place in a remote area, the customer may be charged reasonable travel costs.

Any price deviations will always be notified before the order is confirmed.

Uskalla Auttaa Oy has made a strategic decision to no longer seek profit from the trainer-led on-site training of traditional first aid courses. This is our policy in response to the current competitive market situation, where many training organisations have had to make choices between raising prices, lowering quality and saving on first aid instructor salaries.

In recent years, competition in the first aid training market has intensified. Many organizations have sought to ensure their financial results by increasing their course fees while simultaneously reducing the fees paid to trainers. This trend has led to an increasing number of less experienced individuals working as first aid trainers. At the same time, companies and organizations that acquire first aid training for their staff have struggled with cost pressures, where the price of first aid training has played a significant role in selecting a training provider.

We focus our resources on developing online and blended learning as we believe they offer the best learning outcomes and cost-effectiveness. However, we want to continue to offer our customers traditional face-to-face training. This will ensure that we can maintain a high quality training offer without compromising on quality or putting pressure on our trainers' fees.

When choosing our trainers, quality always comes before price. We are determined to invest in our staff and their skills so that we can continue to provide high-quality, cost-effective and efficient first aid training.

The combined training consists of the necessary online courses and a 1-4 hour trainer-led on-site training session. The pricing of the combined training can be influenced if the client wishes to increase the duration of the on-site training session.

The total price of the combined training includes all costs related to the training when the training is held at the customer's premises. Any additional costs may consist of the organisation of the training premises. In addition, if the on-site training takes place in a remote area, the customer may be charged reasonable travel costs.
